Smc 180 resident visa

Hi, I would like to ask about my smc resident visa under 180 points. I have applied in Dec.2023 CO allocated in March.24 Documents submitted for relatiohsioship since our relation is less then 1 year and married here in NZ Later CO got changed and file in queue Now from March.24 it shows pending for internal advice. It's now 07 months and whereas INZ website says processing time is 5 months, even don't know how it will take. Any advice or input. Also I would like to know what's next step. Can I call INZ and check status. I am concerned. Thanks
